Suddenly, on January 3, 2019 of Pine Hill, NJ formerly of the Tacony section of Philadelphia. Age 59 years. Beloved fiancé of Johanna P. Foley. Loving son of Patricia (nee Burns) and the late Richard F. Van Skiver, Sr. Dear brother of Linda, Jackie, Ronnie, Robin, Mike and Jimmy. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Cremation will take place privately.
