Obituary of Jessica Carter

Jessica Carter (née Winter), of Hammonton, NJ passed away June 1, 2019 after a courageous battle with multiple brain tumors. She was only 30 years old. Beloved wife of Joshua Carter. Devoted mother of Julia Carter. Loving daughter of David Winter and Sharon Winter (née Shaw). Dear sister of Kimberly Winter and David Winter, Jr. Also survived by numerous cousins.

Jessica was an elementary and special education teacher for the West Deptford school district. She devoted her whole life to the education of young children. She was a devoted & loving mother, wife, daughter and sister who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday morning 9:30AM to 12:00PM at the Solid Rock Baptist Church, 420 S. White Horse Pike, Berlin. Funeral Ceremony 12PM. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Hammonton, NJ. Arrangements under the direction of COSTANTINO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN, NJ 08009.
