Obituary of Doris Ann Woloszyn

Doris Ann Woloszyn (née Santosuosso) of Berlin, NJ, passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 88. A devoted, caring and loving daughter, sister, wife & mother. Cherished grandmother of 5 and great-grandmother of 2.

Doris spent her entire life in South Jersey, mostly in Camden & Berlin, along with numerous summers at the shore in Cape May. She graduated from Rutgers Camden and was that college's first campus sweetheart. She was an avid reader and donated time in her retirement years at the Marie Fleche Library. She adored flowers, birds, and all of life's gentle creatures. She had a love of cooking that extended to making her family and friends happy, especially with her cheesecake! Doris was a detective at heart; appreciated music and loved to dance; a true romantic who lived her life to the fullest, never missing an opportunity to be with those she loved. Family was always most important to her! She strived to attend any and all family gatherings & parties; birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, etc. and looked forward to the frequent get-togethers with her college friends, aka "the Club Girls". She loved to laugh; appreciated the finer things in life. Surprisingly enough, she became an avid fan of Phillies and Eagles later in life. Being a career elementary school teacher and substitute, Doris was not only dedicated to the education of her own children, but generations of children within the West Berlin and Berlin School Districts over the years. She will be missed by all whose life she touched in some small way.

Daughter of the late Mary and Louis. Beloved wife of the late John. Loving mother of John (Nancy), Louis (Nanette), Jeff (Leona), Joy (Damien) and the late Keith, mother-in-law of Billie.
