The first time I met George, he offered me a glass of red wine from his recent vintage. Years later, I sipped another glass of his wine when he and Eleanor, and Chris and I were talking and eating pizza in the their sunroom. After Eleanor and Chris briefly left the room, George set down his slice of pizza, gazed into the distance, and with a slight smile said, "quiet." I nodded in agreement. Smiling even more broadly, he looked at me and said, "nice." He took another bite of pizza. Thinking of you with love in this time of sorrow.
Levittown memories
During one rare visit to the Wagenseller house in Indian Creek, Uncle George was working on a solar energy prototype in the backyard. It consisted of a wooden frame, kinda like a window, and a garden hose.
I don't remember all of the details of how it was going to work, but I do remember being quite impressed with his ingenuity.
Love to the family, Chris

Levittown memories
It was during this visit that I got to meet the peanut-loving squirrel that Uncle George had befriended. I was really impressed with the idea of a pet squirrel!
Some years later, I was rooming with a co-worker near Forsythia Gate. One day there's a knock at the front door. What a surprise to open the front door and see my Uncle George standing there. He was doing service calls for Meenan Oil and my roomate was a customer with Meenan. Uncle George, my roomie and I had coffee and a snack and a pleasant visit that day. Love, Chris
