Phyllis Ransford (née MacNeir) on January 4, 2021 of Pine Hill, NJ. Age 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Charles Ransford, Sr. and longtime companion the late Karl. Devoted mother of Linda Hankins and her husband the late Jeannot "J Richard" Hankins and the late Charles Ransford, Jr. Loving mother in law of Shari Ransford. Dear sister of John MacNeir and his wife Roberta. Proud grandmother of Rick (Mikki), Stacey (Gregg), Brooke, Charles (Brandi), Charles, III and Jaime (Taylor). Great grandmother of 12 and great-great grandmother of 3. Also survived by beloved nieces and nephews. Also survived by her niece and caretaker Patty.

Viewing, services and interment will take place privately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
