Obituary of Joanne Paolini

Joanne Paolini, 76 years, of Bellmawr, NJ, passed away on March 26, 2021. Daughter of the late Edith and Clement Dellaratta. Beloved wife of the late Salvatore J. Paolini, Sr. Loving mother of Sal Paolini, Jr. (Deneen), Michael (Barbara), Greg (Andrea Sandler) and Maria Windebank (Colin). Dear sister of Tina Battista, Doris Hooven, Natalie Sendler and Valerie Dellaratta. Cherished grandmother of Michael Jr., Julie Gaul, Deanna, Andrew, Denni, Corey, Kolbi, Kirsti, Colin, Danielle, and the late Colin (LC), and great grandmother of 14. Also survived by many in-laws and extended family.

She was born on Thursday March 8, 1945 in Camden, NJ.  She moved to Cherry Hill with her husband Sal where they raised their 4 children. She worked as a full-time EMT at Ashland Ambulance Squad in Cherry Hill for a number of years. She then worked with special needs children with the State of NJ.  Her passion was her family, where she ultimately was a wonderful and giving caretaker to all. She always enjoyed her trips to the casinos. Recently, she enjoyed traveling with family across the country.  She always loved visiting with family in Cape May, NJ. She also loved all of her grand pets.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Wednesday morning from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the St. Simon Stock Parish Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 178 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin NJ 08009. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM. Entombment in Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the American Cancer Society at 1851 Old Cuthbert Rd., Cherry Hill, NJ 08038 would be appreciated.
