Obituary of Jeffrey Merkl

Jeffrey J. Merkl passed away on September 11, 2021 after a short illness.  He was born on March 23,1973 in Stratford NJ and is survived by his parents Elaine Merkl of Sicklerville and James (Snow) Merkl of Lindenwold.  He is the grandson of Samuel and Elizabeth Pascarello of Atco.  Jeff is also survived by his brother Daniel (Kathleen) Merkl of Georgia, his sister Allison (Peter) Hemingway of South Carolina and his nieces and nephew Sam and Kate Hemingway and Sara and Meghan Merkl.

 

Jeff loved spending time with his family and his friends.  He had a large group of gaming friends both in person and online.  He also enjoyed attending the OTAKON Convention in Washington DC each year.

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday morning from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN NJ 08009. Funeral service 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment Berlin Cemetery, Berlin NJ. The family requests that masks are worn. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Deborah Heart and Lung Center at 200 Trenton Rd., Browns Mills NJ 08015 would be appreciated.
