Obituary of George E. Moon, Sr.

George E. Moon, Sr., 86 years, of Lindenwold NJ, passed away on September 26, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (née Maguire). Loving father of George (Ellen) Moon, Jr., Gregory (Denise) Moon, Carol Ann (Steve) Clark and Dennis (Jennifer) Moon. Dear brother of Chuck (Joanne) Moon, Shirley (Robert) Albertson, Jean Orasky, and brother in law of Hugh W. Maguire, III, Audrey Casale and the late James H. Maguire, Sr.  Cherished grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 3.  

George was a proud US Marine Corps veteran, serving during the Korean War. He retired from the State of New Jersey where he worked as a Corrections Officer and also Arco Refinery where he was a truck driver.

There will be a graveside service and interment of ashes on Monday October 18, 2021 at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery 350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown. Arrangements under the direction of the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, BERLIN NJ.
