Obituary of Camilla Senteneri

Please share a memory of Camilla to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Camilla Senteneri, 53 years, of Rio Grande NJ formerly of West Berlin NJ, passed away on November 17, 2021.Daughter of the late Anthony and Isabelle Senteneri of West Berlin NJ. Loving mother of Sammi “Girl” Brea Maenner-Gray (Kodi). Dear sister of Joseph Senteneri, Tracey (Scott aka Camilla’s #1 Fan) Anderson and Stacey Rizzo (Sam). Loving aunt of Tina Marie, Alicia and Amber and great aunt of Lukas, Lillian, Anthony and Anthony Randall. Also survived by many cousins, too many devoted and loving friends to mention and by the relentless and compassionate care of lifelong physician Dr. Richard Costa who never tired of helping her.

Camilla was a graduate of Edgewood High School class of 1986. She went on to get her associates degree from Camden County in 2011, bachelor’s degree from Stockton University Cum Laude 2013 and dual master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University in 2014.

She worked as a social worker in several organizations helping men, women and children alike, where it was not just a job it was her life’s mission.

Camilla’s work did not stop after business hours. Her charity work for numerous causes, too many to mention, did not cease with only the Arc, the Cove, Dress for Success, and many other women and children’s organizations. Camilla saw that she can make a difference and help people overcome every adversity and challenge that someone could possibly face.

Some other passions of Camilla’s were flowers and decor. She owned her own business throughout her adult life and loved to decorate the world and all of her family and friends’ homes. Her love for designing the best wedding flowers and Christmas trees was a constant until the end.

Her talents were so many, but fashion took second place to helping others. Some thought it looked like it took first place, because Camilla did love helping herself to the sassiest shoe’s handbags and clothing; she was truly a fashionista and had a style all her own. All that being said, helping others was her first and true passion.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Monday morning from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN NJ 08009. Funeral service 12:00PM at the funeral home. Interment will take place privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions to her daughter Sammi Girl towards her future would be appreciated. You can send a contribution to Sammie Maenner-Gray c/o the funeral home at the above address. To leave lasting condolences or photos, please use the links on this page.
