Obituary of John David Gerelus

John D. Gerelus, 70 years, of Ocean City NJ, went home on January 22, 2022. He was surrounded by his loving family.

 

Beloved husband of Bonnie (née Cheesman). Loving father of Megan (Bruce) and Jonathan (Jackie). Cherished grandfather of Madison, Morgan, Mason, and Grant, his number one joys in life. Dear brother of Charles and Mark. He is also survived by many good friends.

 

He worked for New Jersey Bell for 35 years. He enjoyed the last few years working at Sentinel Self Storage, semi-retired.  He loved to play golf, cook, and spend time with his beautiful wife. He adored being with his children and especially his grandchildren.
