Obituary of James H McCarty, Jr.

James H. McCarty, Jr., 75 years, of Atco NJ, passed away on March 24, 2022. Loving father of Michelle McCarty (Rick Powell) and Jami Shendock (Anthony). Dear brother of Nancy Basar and the late Marion Brown. Cherished grandfather of Abigail, Bryan, Isabel & Alivia. Also survived by his longtime companion Sandra Gurman and her children, Nicole Montone (fiancé Rich Mason) and Dr. Travis Williams (Christine); and grandchildren Tyler, Tori and Isabella.

James was the owner and operator of McCarty’s Boiler and Welding Service. He was a proud US Navy veteran and an avid fisherman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday March 30, 2022 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN NJ 08009. Memorial service 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place privately.
