Obituary of Patricia Eileen Bigwood

Patricia Eileen Bigwood (née Stettler), 68 years, of Berlin NJ, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2022 with her children by her side. Daughter of the late Charles and Catherine (née Deere) Stettler. Beloved wife of the late Frank Bigwood, Jr. Loving mother of Renee Craig (Paul) and Frank Bigwood (Kristin). Dear sister of Shirley Kepler (the late Ken), Charles Stettler (Lisa), Ted Stettler (Janet), Debbie Frank (Jeff), Donna Murphy (Dave), David Stettler and the late Daniel Stettler and sister-in-law of Linda Gaillard, Lori Faunt (Bill), Michael Bigwood (Karen) and Robert Bigwood (Mary). Cherished grandmother of Morgan, Maci, Cianna and Luca. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Pat battled acute lymphoblastic leukemia since her diagnosis July 24, 2021. She battled courageously through intense rounds of chemotherapy treatment and achieved remission several months after diagnosis. On 3/16/2022 she had a stem cell transplant in hopes of a cure. With every complication, she fought her way back to us. Mom told us repeatedly that she was "doing this for her grandkids." She never once complained about the agony she had to endure throughout her 110-day hospital stay. 

Pat was the life of the party…always smiling, always living life to its fullest.  Her greatest joy in life was and forever will be her grandchildren, as they were truly her greatest treasure.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Friday July 1, 2022 9:00AM to 11:00AM at the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME, 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE, BERLIN NJ 08009. Funeral service 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson NJ.
