Obituary of Ronald W. Lemanowicz
Ronald W. Lemanowicz, 90 years, of Voorhees NJ, passed away on January 9, 2023. Son of the late William and Eugenia (née Szarek) Lemanowicz. Devoted husband of Adele Lemanowicz (née Rogalski). Loving father of Ronald (Donna) Lemanowicz, Michele Stamper, Steven (Karen) Lemanowicz and David (Kelly) Lemanowicz. Dear brother of the late Richard Lemanowicz. Cherished grandfather of Jacqueline (Chuck) Dougherty, Gina (Charles) Pusloski, Jennifer (Brendan) Byrne, Steven (Laura) Lemanowicz, Jason (Aubrey) Lemanowicz, Alea Lemanowicz and the late Kara Lemanowicz. Great grandfather of Chase and Ally Dougherty, Nolan, Shepard and Landon Byrne and Olivia Lemanowicz.
A true patriot, Ron, a US Army Korean veteran, was the recipient of the Purple Heart Medal and the Korean Service Medal after being wounded in 1950 while serving in the 38th Regimental Combat Team, 2nd Infantry DivisionKorea, recieving multible gun shot wounds while defending his division's position against the enemy.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday, January 12, 2023 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 27 Kresson-Gibbsboro Road, Gibbsboro, NJ 08026. Funeral Mass 11:00AM. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one of the following charities;
