Obituary of William A. Hample

William “Bill” A. Hample, 88 years, of Haddon Heights, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2023.

 

Bill worked as a master mechanic for PSE&G for over 40 years before retiring. He was also a volunteer for Haddon Heights Ambulance Corp. for many years. Bill served at the Haddon Heights Baptist Church as Deacon, Boys Club Director, Sunday School Superintendent and in many other areas of ministry. It was very important to him that he shared the Lord with others, whether he was at church, his favorite diner or even from his front porch. Family was everything to him and spending time with them was what he loved most.

 

Beloved husband of Elva Mae Hample (nee Green). Devoted father of Frederick, Bill (Cynthia), Paul and Stephen (Caroline). Cherished grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 15 and 1 on the way.

 
Services will be announced at a later date. 

 

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Young Life Capernaum at Area #NJ22 or to fight Cystic Fibrosis at Team Quinn’s Quest.

Bill would also want everyone to have a “Happy Day” :)
