Obituary of Felix M. Apicella

Felix M. Apicella, age 94, of Berlin, NJ, formerly of Cherry Hill, passed away on March 25, 2023.    

Felix was in the US Army and served in the Korean War. He worked as a General Manager at Distasio Chevrolet for many years before retiring. He enjoyed spending time on his boat as well as playing a great round of golf. In his younger years he loved to go horseback riding and calf roping on the farm. He was also a frequent flyer at the TGIFridays restaurant in Marlton, where he would always greet friends and staff with a smile. 

Felix is survived by his beloved wife of almost 67 years, Patricia A. Apicella (née Lada). Devoted father of Cynthia Carlamere (David), Susan Apicella Draughn, Nancy Walters (Jerry), Thomas Apicella (Leigh), Phyllis Taggart (Sean) and Michael Apicella. Proud grandfather of 13 and great grandfather of 16. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, March 31, 2023, from 9:30AM-11:30AM at Saint Simon Stock Parish, 178 W. White Horse Pike, Berlin, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:30AM. Interment to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ
