Obituary of Teresa A. Duffy

Teresa “Tessy” Ann Duffy (nee Cleary), 69 years, of Blue Anchor NJ, passed away with her loving family by her side on May 13, 2023

Teresa was born in Dublin, Ireland and came to the United States with her then husband, Gene Duffy and the two have remained friends. She has resided in N.J. for the past 45 years. Teresa worked in food service for Nutri Serve for many years before retiring. She enjoyed traveling the world with her loving partner, Pete and returning home to Ireland as much as possible. During the summers, she loved spending time on the beach, and you could always find her laying by the pool surrounded by her grandchildren. She was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed taking trips to the casinos. Teresa cherished her family and friends and will be missed by many.

Loving daughter of the late James and Bridget Cleary. Beloved partner of Pete Ingemi. Devoted and proud mother of Karen Duffy, Michelle Plasket (Sean) and Samantha Duffy, whom she dedicated her life to. Adoring grandmother of Declan Kates, Jagger Bradley, Harper Plasket, Milena Kates and Stella Plasket. Dear sister of James Cleary (Monica), Matt Cleary, Eamonn Cleary and the late Esther Cleary. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Christ the Redeemer Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco NJ 08004. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM. Interment will be held privately. Arrangements under the direction of the COSTANTINO-PRIMO FUNERAL HOME 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN, NJ 08009.
