Obituary of Florence E. Egizi

Florence “Floss” Egizi (née Huster), 88 years, of Berlin NJ, passed away on June 28, 2023. Florence joins the love of her life, Guido Egizi in Heaven. She is survived by her loving children Brenda Miller (Richard) and Thomas Egizi. She was an always devoted grandmother to Richard Miller (Christina), Andrea Osher, Thomas Egizi (Christine), Nicole Gilbert (Dave), Jaclyn Taylor (Michael), Derek Miller and a great grandmother to 15. Florence is predeceased by her parents LeRoy and Elizabeth Huster and her siblings Doris, Robert, Albert, LeRoy and Charles.

Florence was always a caregiver and the matriarch of the family. She was instrumental in raising her grandchildren and great grandchildren and made sure they always left her kitchen full, usually with her famous grilled cheese. She enjoyed being with her cousins, affectionately known as “The Girls” – Norma Sherwood, Joan Besso and Patricia Schaffer. She also leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews, especially her daily visitor and nephew Bob Huster.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Saturday July 8, 2023 starting promptly at 11:00AM in the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin NJ.
