Devoted mother of Donna Tocco and her husband Manny of Williamstown, Terry Fulford of Deptford, and Shelly Fulford and her fianc Daniel Del Monte of Cherry Hill. Proud grandmother of Joseph & Jeremy, great grandmother of Nova. Helen was a member of the Junewood Womens Club of Levittown, Echelon Senior Citizens Club, and loved to go to the casinos.
