Salerno, Jacqueline Kathleen Age 68, a resident of Pawleys Island, SC, formerly of Smithville, Galloway Twp., NJ and Asbury Park, NJ passed away March 29, 2004 after a lengthy illness with cancer. Mrs. Salerno was born October 18, 1935 in Jersey City, NJ, the daughter of the late John and Mary Dwyer. She was formerly a Branch Manager of the NJ National Bank of Asbury Park, NJ and retired as an assistant cashier in 1985 from the Corestates Bank, Trenton, NJ, was an active member of the Galloway Twp. NJ. Republican Party until moving to Pawleys Island in October 2001, and a member of the Holy Cross Faith Memorial Episcopal Church, Pawleys Island, SC. Survived by her loving husband Anthony G. Salerno, Sr. her daughter Mrs. Cheryl Roth Daniels of Mt. Pleasant, SC, her step-sons and wives: Patrick and Kelly Salerno of Laurel Springs, NJ, Anthony Jr. and Debbie Salerno of Howell, NJ, Michael and Susie Salerno of Moneta, VA, Edward Salerno of Asbury Park, NJ, and step-daughter Mrs. Shirley Tholen of Bartow, FL, twelve grandchildren Patrick R. Salerno, Anthony Salerno III, Melissa Salerno, Marc Salerno, Edward Salerno, Jr., Victoria Salerno, Jay Tholen Jr., Christina Tholen, Patrick Daniels, Meredith Daniels, Christopher Newman, Justin Newman, and one great granddaughter Brittany Salerno. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday May 11, 2004 1:00PM at the COSTANTNO FUNERAL HOME 231 W. WHITE HORSE PIKE BERLIN, NJ 08009. Memorial service will be begin 1:30PM. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Cross Faith Memorial Episcopal Church, PO Box 990, Pawleys Island, SC 29585.
