Carol A Delaney (née Flud), age 73, of Gibbsboro, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2020. Daughter of the late Thomas L. and Rita Flud (née Connaughton). Beloved wife of the late CMSGT John J. Delaney of the U.S. Air Force. Their storybook romance began in June of 1968 and will continue until the end of time.

Beloved sister of Donna (Russell Page), Judy (Thomas) Chavanne and Debra Flud. Loving mother of John J. (Stacie) Delaney, Thomas M. (Amanda) Delaney and Laurie M. (Neil) Sulish. Cherished grandmother of Molly, Jack, Owen and Pierce. Carol was enormously proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories and loved ones who adore her.

Carol worked as a secretary at the Pentagon, and for many years, served as a Teacher’s Aid in Gibbsboro Elementary School and Eastern Regional High School. While she took great pride in working with her students, her passion was taking care of others. Carol was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed countless hours with her family. She will be missed immensely, and her impact on her family will be felt endlessly.
